I’ve just started reading a book called Developing the leader within you by John C. Maxwell.
already only three chapters in and I have found so many pearls of wisdom, so I thought that I’d share…
Everybody Influences Somebody:
even the most introverted person will influence TEN THOUSAND other people in their lifetime.
I’ve always been quite skeptical of statistics but I do take the basic point into consideration, but this statistic is obviously very different for each person. But the idea that no matter who you are or no matter how introverted you think you are, the fact is that everyone will influence thousands in there lifetime, i was really challenged by this thought, am I influencing in a positive way?, a negative way?, or am I influencing the way Christ would want me to?
Either way a very challenging thought to chew on.
